After hiring them as a referral from some friends of ours, we were a bit skeptical about the selling process with us being away from Wilmington for 8 months out of the year, but our worry soon turned to relief during our first  meeting, when Stephanie and her husband wowed us with their knowledge of the market and their full understanding of our situation and the expectations we had.
