ABOUT LINDSEY
I am originally from Northern VA, grew up in Cary/Apex, NC, and have lived here in beautiful, sunny Wilmington since 2001. I am a UNCW grad (go Seahawks!), I love this city, and I love having the privilege of helping others reside here, too.
I have been a licensed real estate agent for over a decade, and simply love what I do. I started my real estate career in early 2012 selling new construction as the Listing Agent for a local, upscale builder, and then transitioned to independent brokerage after several years. I have extensive knowledge on the home building & design process, and am also very familiar with the resale market, with experience selling all types of homes. I love the unique character of older homes, and the modern touches of new ones. I adore working with both buyers and sellers of residential real estate, and I sell all throughout Wilmington and surrounding areas (New Hanover, Pender, and Brunswick counties).
In addition to being a home-seller, I love living life with my family here in Wilmington. My husband and I are kept fully entertained (and active) by chasing around our 3 amazing kids (twin 8-year-old daughters and 6-year-old son), and our dog, Sherlock. I also love coffee, the calm of the ocean, & warm weather.

We love our community and want to use our time, talent and resources to give back and invest in the place we call home. As part of the Lanier Property Group Impact Initiative each agent has chosen a non-profit to highlight and support this year. For every transaction the agent closes, Lanier Property Group Team donates $25 to their chosen charity. Many of the agents match the donation financially and donate their time to support these causes that are close to their hearts.
