Andrew moved to Wilmington as a kid. His childhood is filled with memories of attending New Hanover High School and heading down to the Aquarium at Fort Fisher with his dad, who was the Aquarium’s director. Andrew stayed in North Carolina for college, attending UNC Chapel Hill. After college, Andrew made the choice to pursue his passion and joined the local film industry. He eventually specialized in locations and transportation. He has worked on many local productions, including "Dawson's Creek", "Iron Man 3", and "Good Behavior". Andrew's real estate career began almost a decade ago, when he decided to take his location scouting and local area expertise and put it to work helping families find their perfect home.  

 

Andrew still keeps one foot in the entertainment industry. When he isn’t busy working on a film production, you’ll find him at the Lanier Property Group offices or out with clients showing properties. After years of scouting locations for films, he knows just about every road and hidden gem in the Wilmington area. 

 

In addition to his work in the film and real estate industries, Andrew enjoys playing tennis, photography, and boating on Wilmington’s beautiful waterways. Andrew is married to Stephanie. Andrew and Stephanie, along with their son Oliver, make up the family behind Lanier Property Group.
